Responsibilities
- Track and monitor all ongoing programs and initiatives within Mission Operations to ensure visibility of key milestones and deliverables
- Maintain and update project dashboards, schedules, and internal reports for leadership visibility
- Support coordination of cross-functional activities and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and summaries for leadership and program reviews
- Manage and prioritize calendars for the Director and team members, aligning schedules with organizational priorities
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, briefings, and team events
- Provide administrative support, including document management, expense tracking, and report preparation
- Facilitate communication between leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding new team members by coordinating logistics and ensuring access to systems and resources
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency across Mission Operations
- U.S. and International travel in support of Mission Operations Planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Communications, or a related field OR 4+ years of military service with relevant leadership, administrative, or operational experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in administrative, scheduling, or project coordination roles (internships acceptable)
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Slack, NetSuite and Confluence)
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Current US Passport
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance or higher
- Prior experience supporting defense, aerospace, or government programs
- Familiarity with DoD program environments or defense operations
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional standing and walking within the office environment
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
- Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports
- Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping
- Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds
