You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, tenants and visitors, providing a welcoming front-of-house experience while supporting the team with key administrative tasks.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Greeting and assisting clients, tenants and visitors at reception
  • Assisting with tenancy applications when required
  • Preparing tenant packs
  • Managing vacate folders and key returns
  • Completing key audits
  • Ordering office supplies (Coles, Officeworks, etc.)
  • Providing office coverage and general admin support
  • Maintaining office presentation (kitchen and shared spaces)

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience — the right attitude matters most.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Previous reception, administration or customer service experience (property experience a bonus, not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A warm, professional and approachable manner
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple small tasks and stay on top of priorities
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Pride in keeping a well-presented, organised office
