About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, tenants and visitors, providing a welcoming front-of-house experience while supporting the team with key administrative tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Greeting and assisting clients, tenants and visitors at reception
- Assisting with tenancy applications when required
- Preparing tenant packs
- Managing vacate folders and key returns
- Completing key audits
- Ordering office supplies (Coles, Officeworks, etc.)
- Providing office coverage and general admin support
- Maintaining office presentation (kitchen and shared spaces)
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience — the right attitude matters most.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience (property experience a bonus, not essential)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A warm, professional and approachable manner
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple small tasks and stay on top of priorities
- A proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
- Pride in keeping a well-presented, organised office
