We take majority of the admin away, so that you can focus on building relationships and we have fully dedicated resources that manage majority of the following activities for the Property Manager:

• Entry Condition Reports
• Routine Inspections
• Administration
• VCAT
• Open for inspections

Your Responsibilities

• The relationship with our valued clients
• Communicate with our clients
• Portfolio management - North/West Portfolio
• 20% of your routine inspections
• Final inspections

Experience / Qualifications

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Current Police Check
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Minimum 2-3 years property management experience
• Most of all a team player
