Job Overview

  • Develop and manage B2B relationships with retailers, distributors, online marketplaces, and corporate clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities within the beauty, skincare, and personal-care categories.

  • Present product lines, new launches, pricing, and promotional programs to clients.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and contract closing.

  • Track sales performance, forecast demand, and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.

  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support product development.

  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up consistently with prospects and active accounts.
