Product Information & Documentation Specialist

Main responsibilities

•  Create and maintain documentation (mounting instructions, product guides) per segment, you are involved in each step of NPD and Lifecycle
• Collect technical data (within the luminaire itself but also options as light management, …) and register them in systems
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain them up to date
• Be the interface between R&D dept, sales, communication and technical support team.
• Collaborate with different teams to follow and support projects
• Communicate effectively with project leaders and team members to provide updates on product during the whole process
