We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to drive efficiency and continuous process improvements in 2 teams working closely with each other, up to 10 professionals total.

You’ll work side by side with Engineering Managers and two technical teams made up of system engineers, C++ backend and client developers, and deployment engineers. You’ll keep delivery on track by managing risks and limitations, removing bottlenecks, simplifying processes, setting a steady work rhythm, and providing each team member with clear feedback on their delivery capabilities and soft skills, along with opportunities to improve them.
