Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed evaluations, including taking patient histories and conducting physical examinations to diagnose spine disorders.
  • Utilize advanced imaging techniques to interpret diagnostic tests such as MRIs, X-rays, and CT scans.
  • Conduct a variety of surgical interventions including spinal fusions, discectomies, and decompression surgeries.
  • Employ innovative surgical techniques to improve patient recovery and minimize complications.
  • Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) with a valid and unrestricted medical license.
  • Specialization in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery with a focus on spine surgery.
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and managing a broad range of spine conditions.
  • Proficiency in performing complex spine surgeries and utilizing advanced surgical technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions and teamwork.
  • Ability to analyze complex clinical scenarios and develop effective treatment strategies.
