SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare team. This vital role involves providing surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents, addressing a variety of congenital and acquired conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate pediatric patients to determine the need for surgical intervention.
• Plan and execute a range of surgical procedures with precision and care.
• Monitor patients before and after surgery to ensure optimal recovery and manage complications.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients' families regarding surgical options, risks, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Engage in continuous education and keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric surgery.

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree, with a valid license to practice as a Pediatric Surgeon.
• Completion of a Pediatric Surgery fellowship.
• Demonstrated surgical expertise and experience in pediatric surgical procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on patient and family engagement.
