Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist

Join our team at SearchPlus HR as a Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist! We are looking for a talented and experienced orthodontist who is passionate about creating beautiful smiles and providing top-notch dental care to patients of all ages.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and treating various dental irregularities using advanced orthodontic techniques. Your expertise will help patients achieve optimal alignment of their teeth and jaws, improving their overall oral health and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose dental irregularities and facial alignment issues
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Apply, adjust, and remove orthodontic appliances, including traditional braces and clear aligners
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining orthodontic appliances
- Collaborate with dental teams and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct follow-up appointments to evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and practices
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and ethical standards
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
- Valid licensure for practicing orthodontics
- Proven experience in clinical orthodontics with a strong patient care focus
- Thorough understanding of orthodontic procedures and diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care while ensuring patient comfort
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in orthodontics
- Ability to handle a diverse patient demographic with respect and empathy
Benefits
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
