What you'll be doing:
- Account Prospecting & Growth
- Proactively identify and develop opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Use probing, consultative questioning to uncover client needs across multiple FM portfolios.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to ensure accurate profiling and targeting of FM opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead strategic reviews and align service delivery with client objectives and KPIs.
- Position TFM solutions as a value-add proposition for clients.
- Operational & Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Soft FM and Hard FM services.
- Leverage technical understanding to identify gaps and opportunities for integrated solutions.
- Commercial Leadership
- Manage P&L for accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Drive contract renewals, tenders, and upsell initiatives.
- Collaboration & Integration
- Work collaboratively with clients sales teams to achieve BID success, in true partnership.
- Work cross-functionally with FM teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
