Job Overview

What you'll be doing:

  • Account Prospecting & Growth
    • Proactively identify and develop opportunities within existing client accounts.
    • Use probing, consultative questioning to uncover client needs across multiple FM portfolios.
    • Collaborate with Business Development teams to ensure accurate profiling and targeting of FM opportunities.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
    • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Lead strategic reviews and align service delivery with client objectives and KPIs.
    • Position TFM solutions as a value-add proposition for clients.
  • Operational & Technical Expertise
    • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Soft FM and Hard FM services.
    • Leverage technical understanding to identify gaps and opportunities for integrated solutions.
  • Commercial Leadership
    • Manage P&L for accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
    • Drive contract renewals, tenders, and upsell initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Integration
    • Work collaboratively with clients sales teams to achieve BID success, in true partnership. 
    • Work cross-functionally with FM teams to deliver innovative solutions. 
    • Support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
