Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Analysing complex financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across global operations.
• Preparing, reviewing, and auditing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance across invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.
• Supporting financial governance by identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed analysis, modelling, and reporting.
• Maintaining meticulous financial records, ensuring transparency and smooth handovers across the finance programme.
