Job Overview

The Business Process Owner (BPO) Solutions is responsible for the design, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Contract-to-Delivery Solutions process within the European common core operating model.  This Common Core defines how the organization delivers value and exists out of the organizational model, the end-to-end processes and the supporting systems and technologies.

The BPO acts as the primary authority for the Solution process & system design.  The BPO ensures that the standardized Solution processes are established, maintained and effectively implemented and adopted across Northstar countries, while balancing divisional standardization with local operational requirements.

All of this is done in close collaboration with the ITPO for Solutions, other BPOs, Divisional and country business stakeholders.

The BPO is part of the business transformation office and reports directly to the Senior VP Business Transformation. 

What will you do

In this role you will act as a bridge between operations, business leadership and IT.

You will own and govern the end-to-end Solutions Contract-to-Delivery process, ensuring it is clearly defined, documented, and consistently applied across markets as part of the common core operating model. This includes maintaining the European process template and ensuring clear roles, handovers, and standards across teams involved in delivering security technology solutions.

You will monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement by tracking key KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and leading initiatives to simplify workflows, reduce errors, and improve delivery efficiency and customer outcomes.

You will ensure strong alignment between the business process and supporting systems, working closely with IT to translate business needs into system requirements and ensuring that applications effectively support the standardized process.

You will also work with countries to support adoption of the standard process, facilitating alignment, gathering feedback, and ensuring the process works effectively in practice while balancing European standardization with local operational needs.
