ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support planning and coordination of projects
- Ensuring implementation of policies and practises
- Keep all members of the team up-to-date with relevant information
- Communicate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency
- Schedule and organize meetings and maintain agenda
- Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations
- Prepare and update paperwork
- Keep updated records and create/update reports and proposals
- Support development
- Create presentations, summaries and helping materials to ensure excellent communication within the business
- Ensure all important customer information is filed in the agreed filing system
- Develop good working relationships with both internal and external customers
- To understand the operational needs and SLA requirements for his/her region
- Assist with external financial budgets and cost models
- Responsible for creating coordinating training program for officers
- Any other duties as directed by the Vice President
