Job Overview

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support planning and coordination of projects
  • Ensuring implementation of policies and practises
  • Keep all members of the team up-to-date with relevant information
  • Communicate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Schedule and organize meetings and maintain agenda
  • Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations
  • Prepare and update paperwork
  • Keep updated records and create/update reports and proposals
  • Support development
  • Create presentations, summaries and helping materials to ensure excellent communication within the business
  • Ensure all important customer information is filed in the agreed filing system
  • Develop good working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • To understand the operational needs and SLA requirements for his/her region
  • Assist with external financial budgets and cost models
  • Responsible for creating coordinating training program for officers 
  • Any other duties as directed by the Vice President
