EMEA Security Systems Project Support Engineer

- As the EMEA Security Systems Project Service Engineer ensures you maintain currency (working practices, risk, threat, regulatory, standards, technology) to ensure you can deliver the essential skills required by your role.
- Provide Project Service Engineering services to Real Estate and Security (RE&S) ensuring compliance with Global Security Design Requirements (GSDR), standards, processes, cost, and quality is maintained throughout.
- Maintain accurate, up to date trackers/reporting tools and provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting metrics demonstrating your activity, value, and impact.
- Where needed support the security consultant by reviewing innovative technology/programming solutions.
- Validate the SSR (Where special equipment or programming requirements have been defined outside of the EDPR), provide special connection diagrams and programming instructions to support the above.
- On projects which have existing systems in place (such as expansions and MAC’s), run a signal report and identify any existing devices that may need attention during the project. Also verify that the sites naming convention and alarm priorities etc. are in alignment with the EDPR.
- Review the programming sheet on submission for accuracy, highlighting any discrepancies back to the PDM.
- Program the system in accordance with the finalised programming sheet and the EDPR guidelines.
- Ensure the LNVR FQDN is added to the correct OU.
- Provide support to the PDM and security vendor with any technical related items.
- Configure the LNVR and Network switches in alignment with our standards and processes. (for new vendors and inexperienced vendors).
