About the role
The Regional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager provides safety systems management, customer management, and EHS support for the Datacenter Physical Security program across the EMEA region, helping to strengthen and maintain a consistent safety culture within the global program. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent presentation skills and incident management experience.
What you’ll do
You will play a key role in driving Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives across the EMEA region, working in close coordination with the global EHS team. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and present on EHS information and cascade other communications materials. This position also serves as a key point-of-contact for safety documentation and information sharing between site-based and PMO-based personnel. You’ll also be required to travel up to 40% of the time, domestically and internationally, occasionally with limited notice.
In this role, you’ll coordinate safety projects across teams such as Training, Technical Communications, and Operations Program Management, and be responsible for maintaining accurate reports using Power BI and Excel. Duties also include managing document retention, supporting client and internal meetings, and conducting annual reviews of safety-related documents with stakeholders. You’ll help identify areas for process improvement and work with the client to resolve EHS related concerns, always maintaining a customer service mindset. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Lead Regional EHS Manager to support the overall success of the program.
