Creative Producer

We’re looking for a Unicorn.
Love great ideas? Get stuff done? Know your way around production and social media? You might be the Producer we're looking for.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the production process from casting all the way through to the final edit and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout.
• Guide citizens remotely in creating stories, using user-generated content (UGC) when it fits. Experience with UGC is a bonus.
• Keep an eye on analytics to understand our audience and adjust our content strategy to reach them better.
• Bring a real passion for storytelling, generating ideas, and creating gripping narratives.
• Work closely with teams around the world - content creators, editors, and strategists.
• Be comfortable with digital platforms and how stories get published online.

What You Should Be Good At:

• Creating content for social media platforms
• Staying up-to-date with social media trends and knowing what kind of content works best
• Understanding the interests and preferences of US youth, with experience creating impactful stories for this group
• A real passion for storytelling, especially crafting engaging and suspenseful narratives
• A team player who works well with diverse groups around the world
• Strong organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Experience at a branded content agency is a plus
