Junior Producer

We’re looking for a Unicorn.
SeenTV is looking for a talented Junior Producer to join our team. In this role, you'll work on an exciting project focused on training mobile journalists in six countries, with a particular focus on health-related rights.

What You’ll Do:

• Managing production tasks for mobile journalism training and content creation.

• Reviewing and providing feedback on shoot scripts and final films to ensure they meet the brief and desired outcomes.

• Coordinating production schedules and ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.

• Working on tight deadlines, so being organized and detail-oriented is key.
• Assisting with mobile filming and editing (bonus if you have experience shooting and editing on a mobile phone).

What You Should Be Good At:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in film production, particularly with short-format projects.

• Solid experience in production management.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in using PowerPoint (or similar software) to create and present materials.

• Previous training experience, especially remote training, is a plus.

• French language skills are an advantage.
• Based in or around Johannesburg, South Africa (preferred).
