What You’ll Do:

• Own the content and strategy, making sure everything we produce hits hard and resonates with global audiences. Especially changing the hearts and minds of Zios. You’ll be across everything from Substack to YouTube. 
• Lead 50 creators in Gaza, guiding their storytelling to make sure their content speaks to Western audiences.
• Work with the team to make monthly documentaries

What You Should Be Good At:

• You care deeply about freedom, justice, and Gaza’s story.
• You have experience working with creators, storytellers, or journalists, especially in tough environments.
• You’re a strong editor and know how to give helpful, clear feedback.
• You understand what makes content work on social media. This one is crucial 
• You know good content when you see it- and know how to fix bad content.
• You’ve produced award winning documentaries.

We’re looking for someone who can do both: short-form and long-form. Someone who’s a sharp, ethical journalist—but unafraid to take a side. Because we do.

We don’t pretend to be neutral in the face of genocide. We’re anti-apartheid.

We’re not just reporting on the occupation- we’re using storytelling to expose its cruelty.
