About the Role
SEGULA Technologies Middle East is hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager – Defense (UAE / GCC) on behalf of a key client in the defence sector.
We are looking for an experienced business developer with deep knowledge of the UAE/GCC defence ecosystem, strong government and industry networks, and a proven track record leading complex pursuits from opportunity identification to contract award and long-term sustainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business development activities across the UAE and GCC, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, award, launch, and sustainment.
- Engage effectively with key defence stakeholders, including Tawazun, UAE Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces leadership, and major local industry partners.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with MMC’s regional objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and program offices across the defence ecosystem.
- Navigate and manage GCC defence-procurement processes, offset programs, industrial participation requirements, and contracting frameworks.
- Prepare market assessments, capture plans, proposals, and pricing inputs in coordination with internal technical and commercial teams.
- Represent MMC at industry events, governmental meetings, and strategic forums.
