Supply Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team and support an important customer. The activity includes: 

• Represent the company and own the relationship with Suppliers
• Perform Potential supplier assessment “PSA”
• Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead implementation of timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutions
• Manage supplier crisis with on-site support within 24 hrs when required
• Assure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirements
• Develop and execute plans to ensure supplier fulfillment of quoted capacity through use of Run at Rate workbook
• Improve quality performance of suppliers, running workshops at supplier site and assisting supplier in developing a robust quality system
