1. Be responsible for the procurement of automotive parts (stamping parts, castings, machined parts, and composite metal structural parts, etc.), covering the entire process from supplier development, quotation, comparison, negotiation, contract signing to contract performance follow-up.
2. Maintain existing high-quality supplier resources, regularly assess suppliers' capacity, quality, delivery time and cost competitiveness, optimize the supplier structure, and establish a stable and efficient supply chain system.
3. Deeply understand the material properties (such as steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, engineering plastics, etc.) and production processes (such as stamping, welding, machining, etc.) of purchased products, be able to accurately identify product quality risks, and participate in the communication and resolution of supplier quality issues.
4. Prepare procurement plans, control procurement costs, and ensure that purchased materials are delivered on time, in quality and quantity, to meet production and order requirements.
5. Track market dynamics, raw material price fluctuations and technological development trends in the automotive pindustry, and provide data support for the adjustment of the company's procurement strategy.
6. Complete other procurement-related tasks assigned by superiors.
