We're looking for a highly driven Commercial Growth AE to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll be responsible for strategically prospecting into new accounts, driving expansion within our existing customer base, and ensuring customers continue to realise value from the NOW Platform.
You'll bring a demonstrable track record in new business pipeline generation, ideally in a B2B environment, and you'll collaborate closely with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and more to exceed quota and help build the future of ServiceNow's sales talent.
What you get to do in this role:
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
• Manage sales opportunities and business relationships with influential contacts across Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial accounts
• Develop a deep understanding of each organisation's business drivers, challenges, and pain points — and map ServiceNow solutions accordingly
• Strategically prospect within key verticals to build new pipeline and develop opportunities
• Follow the Value Selling methodology to win new business, expand within existing accounts, and secure contract renewals
• Collaborate with an extended team — coordinating resources such as Solution Consultants, Customer Service, and Partners to progress deals
• Deliver timely and accurate forecasting, territory plans, and strategic account plans to management
• Work towards daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs including new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, ACV bookings, and renewal rates
• Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required
