Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-assisted analytics workflows to automate recurring reporting, anomaly detection, and insight generation 
  • Evaluate, deploy, and scale AI tools across the analytics function to increase team efficiency and stakeholder self-service 
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from web analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools 
  • Develop predictive models and forecasts to anticipate marketing performance, traffic trends, and pipeline outcomes 
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI that track website performance, marketing effectiveness, and lead generation metrics 
  • Analyze large-scale website and marketing datasets to identify trends, optimize conversion funnels, and uncover opportunities across long B2B sales cycles 
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales stakeholders to define KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, and deliver insights that drive decisions 
  • Apply critical judgment to validate AI-generated insights before stakeholder delivery, ensuring accuracy and business relevance.e 
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, tracking implementations, and reporting infrastructure.
