And now you have an opportunity to help define what’s next. ServiceNow is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for AI Control Tower (AICT), one of the most strategic products in our AI portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category at the intersection of AI, governance, and security.  

You'll own narrative, positioning, launches, web presence, content, campaigns, and demand generation for AI Control Tower, partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to drive market impact and business growth. Working alongside a high-caliber Product Marketing team, you'll help bring breakthrough innovation to market and turning great ideas into measurable results.

What You'll Do 

• Own launches end-to-end for AI Control Tower, from planning and messaging through execution, working closely with product, comms, and campaigns to make every release land with impact. 

• Drive web and digital presence, shaping how AICT shows up on servicenow.com and across digital properties, working with web and creative teams to keep the story sharp, current, and conversion-focused. 

• Partner on demand gen and digital campaigns with campaign and field marketing to build and optimize programs that generate real pipeline, using messaging and content that make AICT impossible to ignore. 

• Create the content engine with briefs, web copy, launch assets, sales enablement, campaign content that fuels every team touching AICT in market. 

• Translate a technical, fast-evolving product into a clear story for governance, security, and IT leaders. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to genuinely get the AI governance/security space and be excited to go deeper into it. 

• Work closely with VP+ stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and to make sure launches, campaigns, and content are always grounded in where the product and the market are actually heading. 

• Bring AI into how you work. Use AI tools strategically in your own day-to-day to draft, research, ideate, and produce content, and bring what you learn back to the team so PMM gets faster and sharper as a group. 

• Be a builder on a builder's team. This is a leadership opportunity to shape not only AI Control Tower product, but also ServiceNow's company positioning as a leader in AI governance and control, with real room to bring in fresh ideas and best practices.
