Occasionally, you could be assigned roles for our other offices in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore but this role focuses in the Sydney area. This role will have ownership of the process including role definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, offer presentation, and pre-onboarding
- Trusted Advisor to HMs: Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirements and provides information regarding local talent pool, benchmarking, and other relevant information
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Rocketeer Experience, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to deliver a successful hire experience.Data & Reporting: Maintain metrics, trackers, dashboards, and reports to provide accurate statuses through our ATS and other tools (Google Suite, Jira, etc)

- Employer Brand Initiatives: Participates and promotes the ServiceRocket brand in events including ACE, fairs, composiums, etc
- Ad-Hoc Program Support: Contribute to additional talent acquisition or people operations programs and projects as assigned to support business needs

What you’ll bring to the table 🧑‍💻
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Years of Experience: Typically 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition (TA) or Recruitment Management, with significant experience operating in a strategic lead or SME capacity across multiple APAC countries (Australia and New Zealand required; Southeast Asia experience highly valued)
- Program Leadership: Proven ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-volume, and compliant recruitment programs and processes across multi-national environments
- Regional Expertise: Expert knowledge of complex regional recruitment and contingent workforce compliance, including visa processes, accredited employer obligations, and local labor laws across at least two major APAC jurisdictions
- Strategic TA: Deep understanding of market analysis, salary benchmarking, employer branding, and effective use of advanced sourcing techniques and TA technologies (ATS/CRM/HRIS).
