We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Risk Management Department and help ensure effective risk management across our trading activities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor trading activity and ensure it follows risk limits and internal policies.

• Manage tickets and make sure they are resolved on time.

• Create and maintain operational documentation, including instructions, SOPs, and checklists.

• Handle operational issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.

• Identify unusual or high-risk situations and escalate them when needed.

• Share risk-related updates with traders, broker management, and operations teams.
