We are looking for an experienced Head of Project Management to lead the company-wide project portfolio, strengthen project management practices, and ensure successful delivery of strategic and business-critical initiatives across multiple teams, business units, and countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Portfolio Management
Own and manage the company-wide portfolio of strategic and operational projects.
Define project goals, milestones, timelines, priorities, and expected outcomes.
Maintain a clear company-wide project roadmap and ensure visibility across key initiatives.
Lead C-level and business-critical projects from planning through execution and handover to operations.
Project Governance & Processes
Establish and continuously improve project management frameworks, standards, processes, and reporting.
Ensure consistent project governance while keeping delivery approaches flexible and aligned with business needs.
Monitor risks, dependencies, blockers, and critical delays, and manage escalations when required.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Build and develop the Project Management / Delivery function across Global and Local teams.
Define clear ways of working, quality standards, and performance expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between stakeholders and senior management.
Strategic Initiatives & Delivery
Drive company-wide change initiatives and support the launch of new business directions.
Facilitate key project meetings, planning sessions, status reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove blockers, improve communication, and ensure effective project execution across teams.
Promote a strong project management culture and continuous improvement across the organisation.
