Junior Event Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented Junior Event Specialist who genuinely enjoys making spaces and events look beautiful.

This role will focus primarily on supporting regular internal events, office celebrations, employee activities, and especially the visual and decorative side of smaller events.

The ideal candidate will have a good eye for aesthetics and some practical experience or strong interest in event decoration, floristry, styling, or visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Support & Coordination

• Support the organisation and execution of internal corporate events and employee engagement activities.

• Assist with event preparation, setup, logistics, and on-site coordination.

• Help source decorations, flowers, gifts, materials, and other event-related items.

• Coordinate with local suppliers, florists, decorators, venues, and other service providers when required.

• Support larger events together with the Event Manager / wider team.

Event Decoration & Styling

• Take ownership of decoration and visual setup for small and regular internal events.

• Create simple decoration concepts based on the event theme, occasion, and company style.

• Arrange flowers, table decorations, balloons, props, signage, and other decorative elements.

• Prepare and decorate office spaces for holidays, celebrations, team activities, and other internal events.

• Ensure event spaces look polished, welcoming, and visually consistent.
