  • Prepare various types of documentation, including text, spreadsheets, memos, and letters, as well as handle requisitions effectively.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and contribute to inventory management of spare parts and consumables.
  • Handle submission and follow-up of invoices and service orders accurately.
  • Provide support to company export laboratory staff regarding office administrative matters when needed.
  • Assist in the calibration of laboratory equipment and preparation of crude oil testing reports.
