Job Overview
- Create, implement and develop business development strategy for C&P (Connectivity & Products) to achieve revenue targets and market share growth across Caspian sub-region;
- Conduct rigorous market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the C&P sector.
- Drive client acquisition through direct engagement, professional presentations, and the negotiation of commercial proposals, job costing, and final contracts.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions that drive value and long-term relationships.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
- Build and manage a high-performing operations team to support business expansion and scaling.
- Ensure all operations meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality objectives, emphasizing timeliness and technical excellence.
- Manage PCA (Product Conformity Assessment) and PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) activities in strict accordance with regional budgets, IVP Business Rules, and Country Instructions.
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of business development procedures and Quality Management System (QMS) standards;
- Manage the "Voice of the Customer" (VoC) by resolving applications, complaints, and appeals.
- Collaborate with other business units and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to foster cross-divisional synergy and service excellence.
