Job Overview

  • Take lead and involve in the project proposal submission technically and commercially.
  • Promote and sell all existing services within I&E Division especially related to Upstream Services.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up with customers to secure business and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, meetings, and customer support activities.
  • Support project submissions, sample collection arrangements, training, seminars, and other customer-related activities.
  • Provide basic technical support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Manage sales documentation, quotations, proposals, records, and project-related deliverables.
  • Create awareness campaign and upsell of the new services offered by the business lines by visiting to clients and survey result was collected at the end of the meetings.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are handled promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with SGS policies, quality standards, client confidentiality requirements, and all applicable Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • Report hazards, risks, incidents, and near-misses in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
