Job Overview
- Lead and manage all construction activities from planning through commissioning and project handover.
- Develop construction execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Direct and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
- Provide construction input during engineering, procurement, and project planning phases.
- Oversee site construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality requirements, and industry best practices.
- Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and performance targets.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage construction interfaces between engineering, procurement, logistics, and project teams.
- Supervise offsite fabrication, transportation, and installation activities where applicable.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and progress.
- Review contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are achieved.
- Lead constructability reviews, construction readiness assessments, and project execution reviews.
- Provide regular project reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and lead high-performing teams while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
