About the Role

We are seeking a Tech-Savvy Process Optimiser to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for identifying process inefficiencies and implementing technology-driven solutions that enhance productivity and streamline operations. You will leverage data analytics and process modeling tools to drive optimization initiatives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process challenges and define requirements for optimization.
• Utilize technology to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process changes to ensure goals are met.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to team members on new processes and tools.
• Maintain documentation of processes and workflows for future reference.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance process optimization.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process optimization or related roles, preferably within a technology-focused environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier, UiPath).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile principles and practices is desirable.

Benefits

• Base Salary: USD $1,000 per month.
• Performance Incentives: USD $150– $500 per month tied to KPI over-performance.
