Financial Sponsors - Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Sponsors Analyst to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our financial sponsors origination team, focusing on private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of companies across various industries
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions
• Prepare detailed presentations and pitch books for client meetings and internal use
• Assist in the execution of leveraged financings
• Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential lending opportunities
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment theses and strategies
• Support the due diligence process for potential transactions
• Maintain and expand relationships with private equity clients and their portfolio companies
