Senior Procurement Consultant

Sheladia Associates is seeking a professional Senior Procurement Consultant to join our team on our ongoing Third Party Monitoring Services project in Juba, South Sudan.

Specific Duties for this position will include but not be limited to

• Review contracts on to ensure that Goods, Works and Services contracted for by the Project has been supplied on time and in full and that the goods, works and services provided are fit for purpose and in accordance with the contract signed

• Carryout procurement performance monitoring and measurement using KPIs

• Undertake specific procurement reviews in response to emerging needs, such as Variation Orders, Time and Cost extension, etc

• Report any discrepancies they may detect in the execution of the contracts signed with the Project.

• Conduct field visits to the location of infrastructure works, or location/storage of goods procured under the Project to report on their implementation status as needed.
