Experience Levels
We are interested in professionals at various stages of their careers, including:
Junior Professionals – approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience, supporting technical analyses, field activities, surveys, and project implementation.
Mid-Level Professionals – approximately 5–10 years of experience, capable of independently managing technical tasks and contributing to multidisciplinary consulting assignments.
Senior Professionals – 10+ years of experience with demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, project management, design review, strategic advisory services, or specialized engineering disciplines.
Typical Responsibilities
Depending on the assignment, consultants may be requested to:
Conduct technical reviews of transportation infrastructure studies and designs.
Support feasibility studies and due diligence activities.
Review engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Contribute to road rehabilitation and maintenance planning.
Provide technical input during project preparation and implementation.
Assess infrastructure conditions and identify investment priorities.
Support procurement documentation and technical evaluations.
Participate in field visits, stakeholder meetings, and technical workshops.
Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and presentations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary international and local consulting teams.
