As a Product Manager at Sibros, you aren't just managing a backlog—you are the architect of our product’s competitive edge. You will sit at the intersection of deep-tech engineering, business strategy, and user experience. We are looking for a "Product CEO" mindset: someone who can navigate the ambiguity of the automotive tech landscape, synthesize complex data into a clear vision, and lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact results.
What you’ll do
- Product Ownership: Own the end-to-end product strategy product roadmap, ensuring every feature aligns with Sibros’ long-term business goals and market positioning.
- Translate Complexity: Convert ambiguous market signals and complex technical constraints into high-fidelity PRDs, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Drive Data-Informed Iteration: Beyond just collecting metrics, you will define the KPIs that matter. You’ll use product analytics and A/B testing to pivot or persevere on key features.
- Lead Through Influence: Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Design, Sales, and Executive leadership, ensuring alignment without relying on formal authority.
- Champion the Customer: Be the "Voice of the User" in every room. You’ll conduct continuous discovery to deeply understand customer pain points before they even become "requirements."
- Optimize Value Delivery: Ruthlessly prioritize the backlog. You’ll make the hard trade-off decisions between technical debt, feature requests, and strategic bets to maximize ROI.
What you should know
- 4+ years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in high-growth environments (SaaS, Automotive, or Deep Tech preferred)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written communication.
- B.Tech / M.Tech or similar educational qualification.
- CSPO OR PSPO or any product management certification (Good to have).
