About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bridge Software Engineer to oversee software testing activities and ensure high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in QA processes, and Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3-N1) to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle requirements and specification confirmations in both Japanese and English
• Synchronize communication between the local development team and Japanese stakeholders
• Support the establishment of test strategies and QA processes
• Understand specifications in the BFF (Backend for Frontend) domain
• Organize and define test perspectives

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Language: Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3-N1) – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
