About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring excellence across APAC. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, build strong talent pipelines, and enhance sourcing strategies, systems, and processes in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver full-cycle recruitment for critical and leadership roles across APAC
Build and execute sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Conduct market mapping and proactive candidate engagement
Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor
Optimize ATS/CRM systems, tools, and recruitment workflows
Use data insights to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning
Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with employer brand
Your Profile
6β10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (sourcing + full-cycle recruiting)
Strong sourcing expertise (Boolean search, talent mapping, multi-channel sourcing)
Experience recruiting across APAC markets
Solid knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and recruitment processes
Data-driven, structured, and hands-on approach
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable working in global, cross-cultural environments
