Salary:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $23 - $31.09 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
Summary:
Responsible for planning and scheduling the Field Service Technicians for installations, repairs and maintenance work. In addition, this position will be expected to identify opportunities for additional leads and upselling a broad range of other service products.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain cases, workorders and workflow of the customers’ request of service.
- Utilize the service management system to accurately input the customer’s information and equipment.
- Schedule an appropriate time for service.
- Send quotes, order confirmations and invoices to customers.
- Continuously audit mature cases, work orders, bookings, NAV Report and posts.
- Assist Regional Service Managers in emergency scheduling, monitor the closing out of open orders.
- Contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvements for the department.
- Determine and communicate possible sales opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Assist the Service Administration Department with other related administrative activities in the department.
