What you will do:

The Food & Beverage Agent at Sircle Collection is part of the guests’ dining experience during their visit to our Food & Beverage areas. The responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Agent include welcoming and serving guests, providing detailed information about the menus, multitasking, and, together with the team, helping to take our brand to the next level. Our Food & Beverage Agent delivers an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

To be successful in this role, you must be courteous with our guests and ensure they enjoy their experience. You should also be a strong team player and be able to communicate effectively with your colleagues. Please note that this position requires working in shifts (from early morning to evening), on public holidays, weekends, and nights.

Finally, you will ensure that our building is safe, clean, and welcoming.

Main responsibilities:

Guest service and experience

• Welcome guests.

• Present the menu and provide detailed information when requested (for example, about the concept of shared dining, ingredients, or possible food allergies).

• Offer menu recommendations upon request.

• Upsell additional products when appropriate.

• Serve food and beverages.

• Maintain a positive attitude with a strong focus on excellent communication skills.

• An F&B Agent with a creative mindset and a 360° service orientation, who supports the team both in back-of-house and in service, with availability for rotating shifts (morning and evening), with particular importance placed on the 6:00 a.m. shift.

Bar and beverages

• Intermediate knowledge of liquors and spirits.

• Preparation of classic cocktails and cocktails from the menu (e.g. gin and tonic, spritz, negroni, etc.), following brand recipes and standards.

Food & Beverage – kitchen support

• Prepare F&B “mise en place” for breakfast, meeting rooms, room service, etc.

• Prepare simple dishes from a reduced menu (cold and hot dishes, reheating of hot dishes, and simple plating), following recipe cards and presentation standards).

• Communicate and relay order details accurately to the kitchen team.

• Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations during food handling.

• Check the cleanliness and presentation of dishes and kitchen utensils, and report any issues to your manager.

Dining room, order and presentation

• Set up tables by placing cutlery and glassware.

• Organize table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
