Junior Systems Administrator (m/f/d)
fulltime_fixed_term mid_levelJob Overview
We are looking for a highly capable IT Coordinator to join our centralized Service Desk team in Amsterdam. Sircle Collection is a dynamic hospitality collective operating across Europe and the UK. As we continuously take over and integrate new sites, this role is critical to our seamless expansion.
While you will act as the "boots on the ground" for our Amsterdam properties, a significant portion of this role focuses on backend infrastructure, systems integration, and cross-border support. You will be a core member of our Support Team, managing infrastructure, driving domain migrations, and providing comprehensive technical support to all countries we operate in.
This is what you’re going to do as IT Coordinator:
Systems Administration & Core Support
Server Management: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including both on-premise Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
M365 & Exchange: Manage the global Microsoft 365 tenant, taking ownership of Exchange administration, security policies, and Teams configurations.
Endpoint Management: Co-manage our device strategy with full administrative access to Microsoft Intune, overseeing the endpoint enrollment process for hardware across our European and UK locations.
Cross-Border Escalations: Serve as a high-level escalation point, resolving complex tickets (software glitches, custom SMTP integrations, secure VPN access) for remote users and Sircle Collection employees across all of our operating countries.
Site Takeovers, Integrations & Documentation
Domain Control: Act as a technical lead during new property acquisitions. Take swift control of legacy domains, networking equipment, and backend infrastructure.
System Migration: Seamlessly migrate user data, mailboxes, and services from newly acquired sites into the centralized Sircle Collection ecosystem.
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Meticulously document technical implementations, new site integrations, and infrastructure configurations. Translate complex setups into clear guides within the central Knowledge Base, ensuring standard operating procedures and local fixes can be replicated internationally by the broader IT team.
Local Amsterdam Operations (Hands-on)
Physical Intervention: Serve as the primary escalation point for Amsterdam hardware. If a switch goes down in a server room or critical front-desk hardware fails, you are there to resolve it.
Hardware Logistics & Onboarding: Manage physical hardware provisioning (laptops, mobiles) for staff based in the Netherlands.
Vendor Management: Liaise with local Dutch ISPs, cabling vendors, and hardware suppliers to maintain local infrastructure stability.
