Senior Legal Advisor/ Attorney-at-Law

YOUR ROLE:

• Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations, currently, we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor/ Attorney-at-Law to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Sofia office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise and lead on a wide range of legal matters relating to the company’s day to day operations and strategic initiatives, both EU/ UK-focussed and globally;
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with service providers and other partners;
• Prepare statements, minutes, reports, terms of service for our products and services, internal policies, procedures, etc.;
• Continuously monitoring compliance with statutory obligations and advising managementaccordingly;
• Identify, assess, manage and report risks to the business and provide appropriate legal solutions to mitigate risk.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in Law;
• At least 5 years experience in the area of civil and corporate law;
• Еxcellent knowledge of Bulgarian civil and commercial law;
• Excellent command of English language (written and spoken);
• Strong English-language legal drafting skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Superior analytical and writing skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Detail-oriented.
