  • Drive market intelligence: deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, technology developments, and regulatory landscape.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape (ultracapacitors, lithium-ion, flywheels, alternative technologies).
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align roadmap with technical feasibility, manufacturing scale-up, and commercial goals.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product management/product leadership within energy storage, power electronics, battery systems, or related high-tech hardware industries.
  • Proven track record of bringing complex hardware products from concept to high-volume production.
  • Deep customer-facing experience, ideally with Tier-1 OEMs or hyperscale/datacenter customers.
  • Strong technical foundation combined with commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (fluent English required; German, Finnish or Estonian is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel (20–30%).

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in ultracapacitors, supercapacitors, or hybrid energy storage systems.
  • Background in datacenter power infrastructure or high-power applications.
  • Previous success in scaling products in fast-growing, capital-intensive industries.

Benefits

  • We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of mobile working without core working hours and sufficient freedom for your own ideas.
  • A flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphere.
  • A motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton.
  • An additional day off every year for your birthday.
