The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an on-site position based in our Kelowna, BC office and reporting to the Sales Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional who supports client acquisition and revenue growth within the aviation and aerospace markets. This role blends strong sales operations support, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding client service. Naturally curious and comfortable working with technical products, the successful candidate demonstrates a quick learning curve, excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the confidence to engage effectively in client-facing and technical discussions within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide sales operations and administrative support for all stages of the sales process, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data management, reporting and dashboards, compliance tracking, and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to coordinate order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and customer communications
- Assist the Sales Operations in maintaining accurate opportunity, quote, and order entries in the CRM, ensuring data integrity for forecasting and SIOP reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients — both existing and prospective — to identify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to customers to gather updates, qualify opportunities, and support the sales funnel
- Support the Sales Management team in the development of sales strategies, tools, and customer engagement approaches tailored to the aviation market
- Assist in assembling proposals, quotations, and contract packages (NDAs, MSAs, amendments, SOWs) under direction from Sales Operations and Business Development leadership
- Achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales support, customer responsiveness, and process efficiency
- Support marketing and business development efforts such as aviation trade shows, customer campaigns, and promotional activities
- Represent the company at aviation industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
What You Bring
Candidate Must Have’s
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel

- Previous sales or inside sales experience within the aviation, aerospace, or high-technology sectors
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 CAD. The range posted is a guide and may not represent the compensation offered to the successful candidate. Compensation is based on the skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications brought to the role.
