Field Service & Maintenance Technician

Pay: $20–$22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45am–3:45pm (occasional flexibility for extended repairs or rare special projects).
Optional 4x10 schedule may be available based on business needs and coordinated team coverage.
Territory: Spokane + North Idaho (company van provided)

About the Role

Help keep Slick Rock’s sun, spray, and spa equipment performing at its best across 6 local locations. This hands-on field role offers steady, predictable hours with plenty of variety — from routine maintenance to new troubleshooting challenges that keep the work interesting and engaging.

What You’ll Do

• Complete daily work orders at local sites
• Perform routine maintenance: detail cleaning, re-lamping, filters, valves
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical issues
• Handle minor repairs (light plumbing/electrical, drywall/paint touch-ups, dryer belts)
• Keep equipment areas clean, safe, and organized
• Document all work in our maintenance system

Physical Requirements

• Lift 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs)
• Bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders
• Work in tight or equipment-filled spaces
• Daily travel to local sites
• Occasional regional travel for special projects and new-location openings (planned in advance; expenses covered)
