Slows Bar BQ is seeking Experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic team! Our bartenders play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests through craft cocktails, local beers, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Monitor and manage inventory and supplies
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Assist in training new bar staff as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage trends, and local craft beers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- TIPS / Service Safe certification required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
