You will work closely with a small engineering team to build scalable Salesforce solutions, develop advanced reporting capabilities, and integrate Salesforce with other systems through APIs and automation. The role will involve contributing to the design of custom workflows for services, particularly within complex operational environments where systems must work seamlessly together.
This position sits within a collaborative engineering team of approximately three engineers and operates at a mid-level, with a strong focus on building reliable Salesforce-based solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom workflows and business processes within Salesforce
- Develop Salesforce functionality to support new and existing services across the organisation
- Build advanced reporting and analytics within Salesforce to support operational decision-making
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and automation
- Configure and extend Salesforce capabilities to support evolving service workflows
- Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to translate operational requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Requirements
- Strong experience working with Salesforce platform development and configuration
- Experience developing custom solutions within Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with Apex development and Salesforce customisation capabilities
- Understanding of workflow automation, reporting, and data management within Salesforce
- Ability to design and maintain scalable Salesforce workflows for operational processes
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver platform improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into Salesforce functionality
Nice to Have
- Experience developing Salesforce integrations using APIs
- Exposure to integrating Salesforce with external platforms and internal systems
- Familiarity with automation tools and workflow orchestration within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience working on Salesforce implementations that support complex operational services or industry workflows
- Understanding of best practices for Salesforce reporting, data models, and system integrations
