As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Develop and implement a regional sales growth strategy to expand into new territories and maximize existing accounts.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with the Marketing department to develop innovative products that meet market demands.
- Generate accurate revenue forecasts and work closely with the Sales Director to create comprehensive budgets.
- Promote Smiths Interconnect's products and capabilities to potential and existing clients.
- Analyze key performance indicators using the CRM system to track and improve sales performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, facilitating connections between Smiths' executives and key customer contacts when appropriate.
- Represent the company at industry events, technical conferences, and other sales-related functions as directed by management.
