Regional Category Manager – Metals

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor regional category strategies for assigned metal categories, with a strong focus on springs and spring-related components, in alignment with global sourcing strategies

• Identify, source, and manage strategic suppliers of springs

• Take full end-to-end ownership of the assigned categories, including pricing, lead times, contracts, and supplier performance

• Drive cost savings through effective negotiation and cost-reduction initiatives

• Monitor supplier markets, emerging technologies, and innovations related to springs and metal components

• Lead new supplier sourcing in line with category strategies and support NPI / NPD activities
